Because the record reflects that there are genuine issues of material fact as to the defendants' liability, see Holley v. Mt. Zion Terrace Apartments, Inc., 382 So.2d 98 (Fla. 3d DCA 1980), the plaintiff's comparative negligence, and legal causation, see Kenegson v. Gerard, 164 So.2d 204 (Fla. 1964), the summary judgment entered below is reversed for trial on the merits. Holl v. Talcott, 191 So.2d 40 (Fla. 1966).
