This case is currently set for trial during the Court's November 15, 2021, Dallas, Texas, remote trial session. On October 15, 2021, respondent filed an unopposed Motion for Continuance of Trial (Doc. 6). Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance of Trial is granted in that this case is stricken from the November 15, 2021, Dallas, Texas, remote trial session and continued generally.

Respondent is reminded of Rule 325(a), Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure, which provides that respondent shall file with the Court a copy of the notice of the filing of the petition that respondent served on the other individual with whom petitioner filed a joint return for the years before the Court.
