Opinion

Civil Action No. 04-694.

MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

This case was dismissed by order of this court dated June 21, 2004 and the case terminated. On August 9, 2004, pro se plaintiff filed two motions labeled "Application for Expedited Consideration." There is nothing to consider as no case is pending. Even if these motions could be construed as motions to reconsider, they are untimely filed and lack merit.

AND NOW, this 15th day of September, 2004, it is hereby ORDERED that the Application for Expedited Consideration Re: Theodore Thompson (Docket No. 11) and the Application for Expedited Consideration Re: Albert Subers (Docket No. 12) are DENIED.
