JOINT STIPULATION OF DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE AS TO TRANSUNION, LLC & ORDER ECF NO. 36

IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between Plaintiff Daniel Holstein (“Plaintiff”) and Defendant, Transunion, LLC, by and through their respective counsel of record, that the abovecaptioned action, be and hereby is dismissed with prejudice in accordance with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure Rule 41(a)(1)(A)(ii), with the parties to bear their own fees and costs.

Undersigned counsel represent that they are fully authorized by their respective clients to enter into this Joint Stipulation with Prejudice.

ORDER

Based on the parties' stipulation [ECF No. 36] and good cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that THIS ACTION IS DISMISSED with prejudice, each side to bear its own fees and costs. The Clerk of Court is directed to CLOSE THIS CASE.
