Present — Johnston, Acting P.J., Adel, Sneed, Wenzel and MacCrate, JJ.


This is a consolidated action arising from an accident in which a passenger automobile was in collision with a tractor-trailer truck. Plaintiff in action No. 1, brought to recover damages for personal injuries and for damage to his automobile, was the defendant in action No. 2, brought to recover for damage to the truck. Judgment, as amended, entered upon the verdict of a jury in favor of the plaintiff in action No. 1, and in favor of the defendant in action No. 2, unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
