ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

On August 10, 2022, the Court entered its Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction due to petitioner's failure to pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee in this case, and this case was closed.

On September 7, 2022, petitioner submitted the filing fee in this case.

In view of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction, entered August 10, 2022, is hereby vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that the time within which petitioners shall file a proper amended petition, is extended to September 29, 2022. If, by September 29, 2022, no amended petition is received, the Court may dismiss this case for lack of jurisdiction. 1
