Order denying the appellant's application for the exhumation of the body of the deceased plaintiff and for an autopsy, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Close, P.J., Hagarty, Carswell, Adel and Taylor, JJ., concur. [ 180 Misc. 364. ]
