Order

On order of the Court, the motions for reconsideration of this Court's June 2, 2023 order are considered, and they are DENIED, because we are not persuaded that reconsideration of our previous order is warranted. MCR 7.311(G). The June 2, 2023 order remanded this case to the Oakland Circuit Court "for further proceedings not inconsistent with this order," and therefore the parties may, on remand, raise issues and present arguments that are not specifically addressed in the order as long as they are "not inconsistent with" the order.
