Elisha Holloway, Appellant v. Revelstoke Venture, LLC, Appellee

On Appeal from County Court at Law No. 1 Tarrant County, Texas Trial Court No. 2023-005682-1

Panel: Wallach, J.; Sudderth, C.J.; and Walker, J.

ORDER

PER CURIAM.

We have considered appellant's "Appeal of Judgment Entered for Want of Jurisdiction," which we construe as a motion for rehearing and a motion for extension of time to file the motion for rehearing. See Tex. R. App. P. 10.5, 49.1, 49.9.

We grant the motion for extension of time. However, it is the opinion of the court that the motion for rehearing should be and is hereby denied and that the opinion and judgment of January 18, 2024, stand unchanged.

We direct the clerk of this court to send a notice of this order to the appellant and the attorneys of record.
