Appeals, Nos. 188 and 189, Jan. T., 1971, from decrees of Court of Common Pleas, Orphans' Court Division, of Philadelphia, Nos. 776 and 3708 of 1940, in re trust of Harry D. Holloway. Decrees affirmed; reargument refused November 22, 1971.

On April 3, 1972, the Supreme Court of the United States denied a petition for a writ of certiorari.

Audit of account of trustees. Before KLEIN, Adm. J.

Adjudication entered confirming account nisi, exceptions to adjudication dismissed and adjudication confirmed absolutely. Before KLEIN, Adm. J., BOLGER, LEFEVER, SAYLOR, SHOYER and SILVERSTEIN, JJ. Exceptant appealed.
