DANA HOLLISTER, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

On February 29, 2024, the parties filed a Joint Status Report. On April 10, 2024, the parties filed a Joint Status Report. However, further review of the Joint Status Report, filed on April 10, 2024, indicates that this filing appears to be more akin to a Joint Supplement to Status Report.

In the Joint Status Report, as supplemented, the parties state that, on December 20, 2023, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California issued an Order of Discharge. The parties attached to the supplement a copy of that Order.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the parties' Joint Status Report, filed April 10, 2024, is recharacterized as the parties' Joint Supplement to Status Report. It is further

ORDERED that the stay of proceedings is lifted.
