KIARA G'NAE HOLLINS, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge.

By Order to Show Cause served August 5, 2024, the Court directed petitioner to show cause in writing why this case should not be closed on the grounds that it is a duplicate of petitioner's case at Docket No. 12476-24. Although petitioner has not responded in writing to the Order to Show Cause, she informally contacted Court personnel on August 8, 2024, to confirm that this case was filed in error and is in fact a duplicate. In view of the foregoing, we will proceed in closing this case forthwith.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order to Show Cause is hereby made absolute. It is further

ORDERED that, on the Court's own motion, this case is closed on the grounds of duplication with the case at Docket No. 12476-24.
