Stipulation and Order to Extend CNU Online Holdings, LLC's Deadline to Respond to Plaintiff's Complaint

' Defendant CNU Online Holdings, LLC's (“CNU”) response to Plaintiff Dionne, Holley's complaint is due January 25, 2022. CNU has requested, and Plaintiff has I agreed, that CNU have up to and including February 8, 2023, to respond to Plaintiff's I complaint. The parties have exchanged settlement offers, and the additional time will allow CNU to continue investigating Plaintiff's allegations and allow the parties; to continue discussing a potential early resolution of the claims asserted against; CNU.
This is the fourth request for such an extension, and it is made in good faith and not for purposes of delay.
