Action to restrain an alleged breach of a restrictive covenant contained in a contract for the sale of a business by appellant and another to respondent and to recover damages incidental to such breach. Order granting respondent's motion for a temporary injunction affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Adel, Acting P.J., Wenzel, MacCrate, Schmidt and Beldock, JJ., concur.
