BERNARD D. HOLLAND, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Albert G. Lauber Judge

On November 23, 2021, pursuant to the Court's Opinion (T.C. Memo. 2021-129), we entered decision and closed this case. Petitioner appealed, and on July 15, 2022, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit issued its mandate affirming our decision.

On July 27, 2022, petitioner filed a Motion for Extension of Time and a Motion to Amend Order. Both are directed to the Fourth Circuit, and neither suggests any relief that this Court could possibly grant. In consideration of the foregoing and for cause, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion for Extension of Time, at docket entry #36, and petitioner's Motion to Amend Order, at docket entry #37, are hereby deemed stricken from the record of this case.
