The motion of petitioner for leave to proceed in forma pauperis and the petition for writs of certiorari is granted. The judgment is vacated, and the cases is remanded to the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit for further consideration in light of United States v. Taylor, 596 U.S. ___ (2022).
