This case was calendared for trial during the Court's March 18, 2024, Houston, Texas, trial session. On December 13, 2023, respondent filed a Status Report (Doc. 9) informing the Court that the parties had reached a basis for settlement resolving all the issues in this case. By Order served December 19, 2023, among other things, this case was stricken from the Court's March 18, 2024, Houston, Texas, trial session, and the undersigned judge retained jurisdiction.

On January 29, 2024, respondent filed a Status Report (Doc. 11). Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before March 4, 2024, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document.
