This case is currently calendared for trial during the Court's March 18, 2024, Houston, Texas, trial session. On December 13, 2023, respondent filed a Status Report (Doc. 9) informing the Court that the parties have reached a basis for settlement resolving all the issues in this case. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the March 18, 2024, Houston, Texas, trial session, and the parties are excused from appearing at the calendar call on March 18, 2024. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before February 2, 2024, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document. It is further

ORDERED that the parties are excused from the requirements concerning the filing of the administrative record under Tax Court Rule 93. It is further

ORDERED that the undersigned judge retains jurisdiction of this case.
