ORDER

This case was set on the calendar for the remote Trial Session of the Court at San Francisco, California, on October 11, 2022. On September 20, 2022, counsel for respondent filed with the Court a Motion for Continuance. Counsel for respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution on October 11, 2022.

This case was called and recalled from the calendar on October 11, 2022, and October 12, 2022. Petitioner and counsel for respondent appeared and was heard. After due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance filed September 20, 2022, is granted. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution filed October 11, 2022, is denied. It is further

ORDERED that this case is continued and jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before November 14, 2022, the parties shall file a Joint Status Report informing the Court of the then-present status of the case.
