ORDER

The Court allows Defendant's Motion to Strike plaintiff-appellant's New Brief to the limited extent any portion of that brief addresses issues not specifically contained in the one issue before this Court. That issue is whether the Court of Appeals erred in reversing the trial court's decision denying Colonial's motions for directed verdict, judgment notwithstanding the verdict and a new trial. All proper aspects of this issue may be presented at oral argument.
