Motion for appeal from Boyd Circuit Court. Motion for an appeal from the judgment of the Boyd Circuit Court inflicting a fine of $250 and six months imprisonment in jail for shooting and wounding another in sudden affray.

Appeal denied. Judgment affirmed.
