This case is currently calendared for trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on November 27, 2023, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. On October 23, 2023, the Court held a conference call with the parties in which counsel for the Commissioner and counsel for Ms. Faretra jointly requested that this case be continued to the Court's January 29, 2024, Milwaukee, Wisconsin session. Mr. Hohnstein did not object. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's November 27, 2023, Milwaukee, Wisconsin trial session. It is further

ORDERED that this case is set for trial at the Milwaukee, Wisconsin trial session beginning at 10:00 am on Monday, January 29, 2024, in the Federal Building & U.S. Courthouse, 517 E. Wisconsin Avenue, Room 498, 4th Floor, Milwaukee, WI 53202. It is further

ORDERED that, together with this Order, the Clerk of the Court shall serve on the parties: (1) the Notice of Trial and (2) the Standing Pretrial Order for Small Case for the Monday, January 29, 2024, Milwaukee, Wisconsin trial session.

This Order constitutes official notice to the parties.
