On January 16, 2024, a Ratification of Petition was filed in this case bearing the signature of Robert J. Hohenstein. Review of the record shows that the notice of deficiency upon which this case is based was issued jointly to petitioner Charlyn A. Hohenstein and Robert J. Hohenstein.
Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is
ORDERED that Robert J. Hohenstein is added as a petitioner to this proceeding. It is further
ORDERED that the caption of this case is amended to read: "Charlyn A. Hohenstein & Robert J. Hohenstein, Petitioners v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent."
