Emin Toro Judge

This case is calendared for trial during the Court's May 16, 2022, Helena, Montana, remote trial session. On April 4, 2022, petitioner filed a Motion to Dismiss (Doc. 32). On April 18, 2022, respondent filed a Motion for Continuance of Trial (Doc. 34) and a Response to Petitioner's Motion to Dismiss (Doc. 35). ORDERED that, on or before June 21, 2022, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned judge.
