On April 18, 2022, petitioners filed a Motion for Leave for First Amended Complaint (Doc. 44). On April 21, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss on Ground of Mootness (Doc. 45). On April 22, 2022, the Court held a conference call with the parties to discuss the current status of the case and the parties' pending motions. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before May 9, 2022, petitioners shall file a response to respondent's Motion to Dismiss on Ground of Mootness. It is further

ORDERED that petitioners' Motion for Leave for First Amended Complaint is held in abeyance pending resolution of respondent's Motion to Dismiss on Ground of Mootness.
