This case is calendared for trial during the Court's May 16, 2022, Helena, Montana, remote trial session. A review of the parties' submissions in the case shows that the record does not contain a complete copy of the notice of deficiency upon which the case is based.

On April 4, 2022, petitioner filed a Motion to Dismiss (Doc. 32).

Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before April 25, 2022, respondent shall file a response to this Order and attach thereto a complete copy of the notice of deficiency on which this case is based. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before April 25, 2022, respondent shall file a response to petitioner's Motion to Dismiss.
