Motion for clarification granted insofar as to amend the order of this court entered on November 25, 1980 [ 78 A.D.2d 837] by adding at the end thereof the following: "The Clerk is directed to enter judgment in favor of the plaintiff-appellant against the defendants-respondents granting summary judgment."
