ORDER
PER CURIAM
Plaintiffs James Hoft, Joseph Hoft, TGP Communications LLC d/b/a The Gateway Pundit, Yaacov Apelbaum, and XRVISION LTD. d/b/a XRVision appeal the judgment entered by the Circuit Court of St. Louis County dismissing their lawsuit against Defendant Dean Miller. Plaintiffs sued Defendant, a journalist, in his individual capacity for two counts of intentional interference with current and prospective business relations, two counts of libel with actual malice, two counts of libel with common law malice, and two counts of injurious falsehood. Plaintiffs failed to challenge in their appellate brief the court's dismissal based on the First Amendment. Further, the record before us does not support Plaintiffs’ arguments regarding amendment of their petition. Therefore, we affirm the trial court's judgment.
An opinion would have no precedential value. The parties have been provided with a memorandum, for their information only, setting forth the reasons for this decision.
We affirm the trial court's judgment. Rule 84.16(b).
All pending motions are denied.
