The "motion for entry of order directing Jackson County Circuit Court's official court reporter to show cause" is DENIED. Within 7 days of the Clerk's certification of this order, appellant shall ensure the filing of a stenographer's certificate for the transcripts for appeal by following the procedure outlined at www.co.jackson.mi.us/443/Transcripts. The failure of appellant to ensure the filing of the outstanding stenographer's certificate within the time set forth in this order may result in the dismissal of this appeal without further notice to the parties.
