CORPORATIONS, § 686 — insufficiency of evidence to show officers guilty of fraudulent conduct. In chancery suit by stockholders against corporation and its officers and directors, on theory that officers and directors were guilty of fraudulent conduct in sale of shares of stock to attorney who represented lessee of corporation's building, and in allegedly agreeing to resign so that new directors might be elected, held that evidence did not support plaintiffs' allegations and that complaint was properly dismissed for want of equity.
