Petitioner's Motion to Amend/Supplement is hereby granted, and his Amended Petition to Invoke All Writs Jurisdiction is hereby transferred to the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida (Case No. 89-19107), for consideration as a motion for postconviction relief filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850 based on, among other things, newly discovered evidence.
