MEMORANDUM OPINION

PER CURIAM.

Appellant's brief was due September 18, 2002. The Clerk of the Court mailed appellant two letters, dated October 1, 2002 and December 12, 2002, notifying him that his brief was overdue and directing him to file a brief and extension motion. The second letter warned appellant that his appeal would be dismissed without further notice if he did not file his brief and extension motion by December 30, 2002. Appellant did not file his brief.

This appeal is DISMISSED. See Tex.R.App.P. 38.8(a)(1), 42.3(b), (c), 47.4.
