DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se, inter alia, to waive the filing fee on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 1, 2012, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal. Separate motion by the appellant pro se, inter alia, for poor person relief, for a default judgment against the respondent, and, in effect, to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal. Separate motion by the appellant pro se, inter alia, for poor person relief, for a default judgment against the respondent, for relief pursuant to CPLR article 78, and, in effect, to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal. Cross motion by the appellant to impose a sanction upon the appellant and to preclude the appellant from making further motions in this Court without leave of the Court.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branches of the motions which are to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal are granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until March 5, 2013, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion, inter alia, to waive the filing fee and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal is otherwise denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion, inter alia, for poor person relief and for a default judgment against the respondent is otherwise denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion, inter alia, for poor person relief, for a default judgment against the respondent, and for relief pursuant to CPLR article 78 is otherwise denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the cross motion is denied.
