This case is currently calendared for trial during the Court's April 22, 2024, New York, New York, trial session. On January 30, 2024, the Notice Setting Case for Trial (Doc. 6) and the Court's Standing Pretrial Order (Doc. 7) served on petitioners' counsel Steven Plotnick was returned to the Court by the United States Postal Service. The envelope in which the Notice and Order were mailed was marked "Returned to Sender - Not Deliverable as Addressed - Unable to Forward." On February 7, 2024, petitioners' counsel informally provided Court personnel with a current mailing address. Upon due consideration, it is hereby
ORDERED that, the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this Order, Notice Setting Case for Trial (Doc. 6) and the Standing Pretrial Order (Doc. 7) on petitioners at their current address of record. It is further
ORDERED that, in addition to regular service, the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this Order, Notice Setting Case for Trial (Doc. 6) and the Standing Pretrial Order (Doc. 7) on petitioners' counsel at the following address:
