ORDER

The Court GRANTS court reporter's Karren Jones's November 24, 2014 request for an extension of time to file the corrected reporter's record. We ORDER that the corrected record be filed within FIFTEEN DAYS of the date of this order.

We note that the clerk's record does not contain the trial court's certification of appellant's right to appeal and the copy attached to appellant's docketing statement is not signed by the trial court or appellant. Accordingly, we ORDER the trial court to file, within FIFTEEN DAYS of the date of this order, a signed certification of appellant's right to appeal. See TEX. R. APP. P. 25.2(a), (d); Cortez v. State, 420 S.W.3d 803 (Tex. Crim. App. 2013).

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order, by electronic transmission, to the Honorable Mark Stoltz, Presiding Judge, 265th Judicial District Court; court reporter Karren Jones; and to counsel for all parties.
