Hobbs v. Rossback

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Second District
Aug 4, 2000
764 So. 2d 839 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 2000)

Opinion

No. 2D99-3077

Opinion filed August 4, 2000.

Appeal from the Circuit Court for Lee County; John S. Carlin, Judge.

Jerald J. Chlipala, P.A., Fort Myers, for Appellants.

Kinley I. Engvalson of Roberts Engvalson, P.A., Fort Myers, for Appellee.

Appellants challenge the order of the trial court which awarded custody of the minor child of appellant, John Hobbs, and appellee, Nancy Hobbs Rossback, to appellee. Appellee concedes at oral argument that the order is a temporary custody award. We affirm.

CAMPBELL, A.C.J., and STRINGER and DAVIS, JJ., Concur.
