On October 3, 2022, respondent filed his Answer to the petition. However, review of that Answer shows it does not include the Tax Court bar number and signature of IRS attorney Michael S. Hensley. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that no later than, October 26, 2022, Michael S. Hensley shall file an entry of appearance, if he wishes to enter his appearance in this case as counsel for respondent. It is further

ORDERED that, in addition to regular service, the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this order on Mr. Hensley at the address listed for him in the answer.
