On June 15, 2021, respondent filed electronically in the above-docketed matter an Answer to the Petition. However, the purported certificate of service attached thereto reflected the contact information for an unrelated taxpayer and was wrongly filed in this case case.
Accordingly, the premises considered, it is
ORDERED that the Answer filed June 15, 2021, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record and shall not be viewable as part of this case.
