Chau Ho-Huynh and Tu Nguyen v. Bank of America, N. A.

ORDER Trial court case number: 16-CV-1208 Trial court: 212th District Court of Galveston County

Appellants are appealing a final judgment signed March 27, 2017. On June 23, 2017, appellants filed a motion for emergency relief. On June 26, 2017, appellants filed an amended motion for emergency relief. Appellants seek a temporary restraining order and injunctive relief to stop a foreclosure sale set for July 4, 2017.

To suspend enforcement of a final judgment pending appeal, appellants must comply with Rule 24 of the Rules of Appellate Procedures. Accordingly, we deny appellants' amended motion for emergency relief.

It is so ORDERED. Judge's signature: /s/ Michael Massengale
