The above-styled matter is presently before the court following the Clerk's entry of default on February 16, 2006.

On February 21, 2006, counsel for the plaintiffs submitted a letter to the court which included an "Order and Judgment." "Communications to judges seeking a ruling or order . . . shall be by motion and not by letter." LR 7.4, NDGa.

No motion is currently before the court. Therefore, to the extent that the letter from plaintiffs' counsel seeks an order and judgment, said relief is DENIED without prejudice.
