An Appeal conducted pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738, 87 S.Ct. 1396, 18 L.Ed.2d 493 (1967) from the Circuit Court for Dade County; Melvia B. Green, Judge.

H.L., a juvenile, in pro. per.

Before SCHWARTZ, C.J., and NESBITT and LEVY, JJ.


Contrary to the suggested point, the evidence was sufficient to support the finding that the juvenile was in possession of a "hoax bomb," in violation of section 790.165, Florida Statutes (1993).

Affirmed.
