ORDER
The parties have reached a tentative settlement agreement. By order dated April 13, 2017, the Court instructed the parties to file, within thirty days, either a motion to dismiss or a motion for an extension of time to file a motion to dismiss. Before the Court is appellants' May 2, 2017 unopposed motion for an extension of time to file a motion to dismiss. We GRANT the motion. Appellants shall file, by JUNE 12, 2017, a motion to dismiss. If the appellants fail to file a motion to dismiss by June 12, 2017, the Court will order the record to be filed.
