{¶ 16} On September 1, 2009, the trial court filed a Nunc Pro Tunc judgment entry. The trial court stated in its entry that "The Court hereby expands its prior Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law * * * in consideration of the recent ruling from the Court of Appeals * * * in the case of H.J., et al. v. Thomas Baddley (August 24, 2009), Stark App. No. 2008CA171." The trial court stated that it issued the Nunc Pro Tunc judgment entry to clarify its prior findings.
