Upon due consideration of respondent's Response to the Court's Order to Show Cause served June 9, 2023, and for cause appearing in the record of the above-docketed matter, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order to Show Cause is hereby discharged. It is further

ORDERED that the caption of this case is amended to read: "Estate of Otis E. Hitt, Deceased, Heather Jones, Personal Representative, Petitioner(s) v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent." It is further

ORDERED that, on or before July 24, 2023, the parties shall file either a proposed stipulated decision or a joint report regarding the then-present status of this case.
