Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, First Department
Feb 13, 1952
279 App. Div. 856 (N.Y. App. Div. 1952)

Opinion

February 13, 1952.

Present — Peck, P.J., Dore, Cohn, Shientag and Bergan, JJ.

Order unanimously modified so as to reduce alimony to $150 per week and, as so modified, affirmed, without costs. Upon the facts in this record we think the alimony allowed by the court at Special Term was excessive. Settle order on notice.
