On July 3, 2022, the Commissioner filed a motion for extension of time requesting that the Court give him until September 6, 2022, to file a response to petitioner's May 27, 2022, memorandum. In his motion, the Commissioner indicated that petitioners do not have an objection to the motion. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the Commissioner's motion for extension of time is granted, and the time in which the Commissioner shall file a response to petitioners' memorandum is extended until September 6, 2022.
