On June 30, 2022, the petitioners in these consolidated cases filed a motion to strike requesting that the Court partially strike down IRS Notice 2007-19 on Administrative-Procedure-Act grounds. We will direct the Commissioner to file a response to the motion to strike. Accordingly, it is
