ORDER

On July 17, 2024, petitioners filed two expert reports on the record. [Docs. 179, 180. ] Pursuant to the Court's November 29, 2023 Order setting out the pretrial schedule, these filings should have been lodged with the Court, accompanied by a motion for leave to file report. [Doc. 172.] Given that petitioners filed these expert reports without leave of the Court, we will strike these documents from the record. Petitioners may re-file these reports in accordance with our November 29, 2023 Order.

"Doc.” references are to the documents in the lead case, Docket No. 28898-10, as compiled by the Clerk of this Court.

Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' report [Doc. 179] filed July 17, 2024, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record. It is further

ORDERED that petitioners' report [Doc. 180] filed July 17, 2024, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record.
