ORDER

Patrick J. Urda, Judge.

This case is before the Court on the August 18, 2022, motion of petitioner, Bonita Hirsch, for oral argument on her (1) motion to partially invalidate IRS Notice 2007-19 and (2) jury trial demand. Ms. Hirsch indicated in her motion for oral argument that the Commissioner opposes the motion. We will order the Commissioner to file a response to the motion for oral argument. It is therefore

ORDERED that the Commissioner shall, no later than Tuesday, September 6, 2022, file a response to Ms. Hirsch's motion for oral argument.
