This case was on the Court's September 12, 2021 San Francisco, California trial calendar. On August 29, 2022 respondent notified the Court that petitioner had died. Respondent recently reported that he still hasn't found a death certificate or anyone who might be able to identify next of kin. To bring the case to a close, he has now moved to dismiss the case for failure to properly prosecute. It is therefore
ORDERED that on or before September 14, 2023 petitioner shall file a response to respondent's August 3, 2023 motion to dismiss.
